طبيب عظام فرنسى مشهور عندما زار أحد مساجد مصر اكتشف ان تأدية حركات الصلاة خمس مرات يوميا يقوى عظام الظهر ويلين الفقرات وهو علاج لآلام الظهر.فأصبح السياح الأجانب يحاولون تقليد حركات الصلاة للحفاظ على عظامهم.**نفس النتائج توصلت اليها طبيبة فى العلاج الطبيعى حيث اكتشفت أن حركات الصلاة هى أفضل علاج طبيعى لكل عضلات وعظام الجسم.

The Quran On The Sensory Characteristic Of The Skin
Dr. Tagata Tagasone: Laa Ilaaha Illallah Muhammad Rasool Allah!
This man is uttering the Islamic creed (Shahaadah) and declaring that he is becoming a Muslim. This occurred during the Eighth Saudi Medical Conference which was convened in Riyadh. He is Professor Tagata Tagasone, formerly Head of the Department of Anatomy and Embryology at the University of Shiang Mai in Thailand. He is now the Dean of the College of the Medicine at the University.
We presented to Professor Tagasone some Quraanic verses and Prophetic Ahadeeth which deal with his specialization in the field of anatomy. He commented that they also had in their Buddhist books very accurate descriptions of embryonic developmental stages. We told him that we were very anxious and interested to see those descriptions and learn about these books. A year later, Professor came to King Abdul Aziz University as an outside examiner. We reminded him of the statement he made one year before, but he apologized and said that he in fact had made that statement without ascertaining the matter. However, when he checked the Buddhist books he found that they contained nothing of relevance to the subject.
Upon this we presented to him a lecture written by Professor Keith Moore about the compatibility of modern embryology with what is contained in the Quraan and the Sunnah and we asked Professor Tagasone if he knew of Professor Keith Moore. He replied that he knew him of course, adding that Professor Moore was one of the most world-renowned scientists in that field.
When Professor Tagasone studied this article he also was greatly astonished. We asked him several questions in his field of specialization. One of the questions pertained to modern discoveries in dermatology about the sensory characteristics of the skin.
Dr. Tagasone responded: Yes if the burn is deep.
It was stated to Dr. Tagasone: You will be interested to know that in this book, the Holy book the Quraan, there was a reference 1400 years ago which refers to the moment of punishment of the unbelievers by the fire of Hell and it states that when their skin is destroyed, Allah makes another skin for them so that they perceive the punishment by a fire, indicating knowledge about the nerve endings in the skin,
and the verse is: "Those who reject our signs. We shall soon cast into the fire; as often as their skins are roasted through. We shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the chastisement: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise" (Quraan 4:56).
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا سَوْفَ نُصْلِيهِمْ نَارًا كُلَّمَا نَضِجَتْ جُلُودُهُمْ بَدَّلْنَاهُمْ جُلُودًا غَيْرَهَا لِيَذُوقُواْ الْعَذَابَ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا (56) سورة النساء
So do you agree that this is a reference to the importance of the nerve endings in the skin in sensation, 1400 years ago?
Dr. Tagasone responded: Yes I agree. This knowledge about sensation had been known long before. Because it says that if somebody does something wrong, then he will be punished by burning his skin and then Allah puts a new skin in him, cover him, to make him know that the test is painful again. That means they knew many years ago that the receptor of pain sensation must be on the skin, so they put a new skin on.
The skin is the center of sensitivity to burns. Thus, if the skin is completely burnt by fire, it looses its sensitivity. It is for this reason that Allah will punish the unbelievers on the Day of Judgement by returning to them their skins time after time, as He, the Exalted and Glorified, said in the Quraan: «"Those who reject our signs. We shall soon cast into the fire; as often as their skins are roasted through. We shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the chastisement: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise"» (Quraan 4:56).
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا سَوْفَ نُصْلِيهِمْ نَارًا كُلَّمَا نَضِجَتْ جُلُودُهُمْ بَدَّلْنَاهُمْ جُلُودًا غَيْرَهَا لِيَذُوقُواْ الْعَذَابَ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا (56) سورة النساء
We asked him the following question: ‘Is it possible that these verses came to the Prophet Muhammad, (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), from a human source?
Professor Tagasone conceded that they could have never come from any human source. But he still asked about the source of that knowledge and from where could Muhammad have possibly received it? We said, From Allah, the Most Glorified and Most Exalted. Then he asked: But who is Allah? We replied: He is the Creator of all that is in existence. If you find wisdom then it is because it comes only from the one Who is Most Wise. If you find knowledge in the making of this universe, it is because the universe is the creation of the One Who has all the knowledge. If you find perfection in the composition of these creations, then it is proof to you that it is the creation of the One Who Knows Best. And if you find mercy, then this bears witness to the fact that it is the creation of the One Who is Most Merciful. In the same way, if you perceive creation as belonging to one unified order and tied together firmly, then this is proof that it is the creation of the Only Creator, May He be Glorified and Exalted.
«"This is no less than a reminder to (all) the worlds. And you shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while."» (38:87-88).
إِنْ هُوَ إِلا ذِكْرٌ لِّلْعَالَمِينَ (87) سورة ص
وَلَتَعْلَمُنَّ نَبَأَهُ بَعْدَ حِينٍ (88) سورة ص

Be Grateful

God Increases His Blessings on Those Who Are Grateful
Every person is in need of God at every instant of life. From the air one breathes to the food he eats, from the ability to use one’s hands to the faculty of speech, from being sheltered to being in a joyful spirit, one lives completely in need of what God creates and grants him. Still, a vast majority of people do not perceive their weaknesses and that they are in need of God. They suppose that things develop spontaneously or that they acquire everything by their own efforts. This is an important error, as well as a serious ingratitude towards God. Ironically, people who render their thanks to a person for even an insignificant gift, spend all their lives ignoring the countless blessings that God gives them all through their lives. However, so great are the blessings granted to a person that one could never count them. God relates this fact in a verse as follows:
(If you tried to number God’s blessings, you could never count them. God is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful)(Surat An-Nahl 18)
وَإِن تَعُدُّواْ نِعْمَةَ اللّهِ لاَ تُحْصُوهَا إِنَّ اللّهَ لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ (18) سورة النحل

Despite this fact, most people fail to give thanks for any of the blessings they have. The reason for this is related in the Qur’an: Satan, who pledged to misguide people from God’s way, said that his ultimate aim is to make people be ungrateful to God. Satan’s defiant statements to God emphasize the importance of giving thanks to God:
(’Then I will come at them, from in front of them behind them, from their right and from their left. You will not find most of them thankful.’ He (God) said, ‘Get out of it, reviled and driven out. As for those of them (mankind) who follow you, I, will fill up Hell with every one of you.’)(Surat Al-A`raf 7:17-18)
ثُمَّ لآتِيَنَّهُم مِّن بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ وَعَنْ أَيْمَانِهِمْ وَعَن شَمَآئِلِهِمْ وَلاَ تَجِدُ أَكْثَرَهُمْ شَاكِرِينَ (17) سورة الأعراف
قَالَ اخْرُجْ مِنْهَا مَذْؤُومًا مَّدْحُورًا لَّمَن تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ لأَمْلأنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ(18) سورة الأعراف
Believers, on the other hand, aware of their weaknesses and in humility before God, render their thanks to Him for every blessing granted. Wealth and possessions are not the only blessings for which believers render their thanks to God. Knowing that God is the Owner and Possessor of everything, believers express their inner gratefulness for good health, beauty, knowledge, wisdom, love of faith and hatred from disbelief, understanding, insight, foresight and for power. They are thankful for being rightly guided and for being in the company of believers. A beautiful landscape, easy handling of their affairs, fulfillment of their wishes, tidings of great joy, respectful conduct or any other blessings make believers immediately turn to God, express their gratefulness to Him and reflect on His mercy and compassion.

In return for good morals displayed, a reward awaits believers. This is another of the secrets revealed in the Qur’an; God increases His blessings on those who are grateful. For example, God grants even more health and power to those who render their thanks to God for the good health and strength they have. God bestows even more knowledge and property to those who are grateful for their knowledge or wealth. This is because they are sincere people who are contented with what God gives and are pleased with the blessings and who take God as their friend. God relates this secret in the Qur’an as follows:
(And when your Lord announced: “If you are grateful, I will certainly give you increase, but if you are ungrateful, My punishment is severe.”)(Surat Ibrahim 14:7)
وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمْ لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ وَلَئِن كَفَرْتُمْ إِنَّ عَذَابِي لَشَدِيدٌ (7) سورة إبراهيم

has increased dramatically after the major scientific discoveries about the origin of life and the universe.

Modern day scientists have been awe-struck at how complex and intricate the universe is. (67:3-4) The sciences of astronomy, chemistry, astrophysics and molecular biology have pushed the limits of our knowledge ever further.
These new discoveries have assisted greatly in the understanding of what the ayat in the Qur’an mean. For example, there is a section of verses where Allah mentions that during the process of human development, there is a stage where we were an ‘Alaq in the womb. (96:1-5) The word literally means, "a clinging thing." But no one knew in past centuries how that could be part of the process of growth for a fetus.
So translators, commentators and scholars have tried to explain it as meaning we were clots of blood or other such strange things in the womb. But new discoveries in the last few years have shown that in the early stages of pregnancy, the fertilized egg actually attaches itself to the uterine wall and clings there as it is growing. Thus, modern knowledge unlocks another mystery that previous Muslims could only guess at.

الصداع Headache

أشكال وأنواع الصداع كثيرة. فقد يكون الصداع متقطعا أو مستمرا. قد يصاب الإنسان بالصداع شهريا ولمدة تدوم عدة ساعات، أو قد يصاب به أسبوعيا أو يوميا أحيانا. تختلف شدة نوبة الصداع بين ألم خفيف وألم معتدل إلى إحساس بألم شديد يكاد لا يطاق.قد يأتي الألم في الجبهة أو الصدغ أو قرب العينين أو في مؤخرة الرأس وقد ينتشر الصداع إلى أحد شقي الوجه أو كليهما. يصاحب أنواعا معينة من الصداع أعراض أخرى غير الألم كالغثيان والقئ واضطرب الرؤية و المزاج.

تصنيف آلام الرأس

يصنف الأطباء آلام الرأس أو الصداع الى:
صداع عضوي organic headache

وهو صداع يحدث بسبب مرض أو إصابة عضوية ونسبة حدوثه تقل عن 10% من مجموع حالات الصداع.

الصداع العضوي قد ينشأ عن أسباب عدة تتراوح بين ضربة خفيفة على الرأس أو حمى، ومرض جسيم كالأورام الدماغية.
صداع غير عضوي nonorganic headache

وهو الصداع الذي لا يحدث بسبب مرض أو إصابة ونسبة حدوثه تتجاوز 90% من حالات الصداع. الصداع غير العضوي قد ينشأ بسبب تبدلات فيزيولوجية أو عن تبدلات وظيفية في مناطق معينة من الرأس كالأوعية الدموية والعضلات والتي تنتج عن استجابة الجسم لمحرضات تحدث تبدلات في الوظائف.

أكثر أنواع الصداع غير العضوية شيوعا هي:
صداع الشقيقة migraine
صداع التوتر tension headache
صداع عنقودي cluster headache
أنواع أخرىother types

أنواع الصداع العضوي

هناك المئات من الأسباب لحالات الصداع الناتج عن مرض عضوي مثل:
أمراض تسبب ارتفاع الضغط أو الاحتقان الدموي في الرأس
ارتفاع ضغط الدم الكبير والحاد
اضطرابات أعضاء الجسم مثل:
اضطرابات العين العين عضو حساس جدا بسبب وجود مجموعة كبيرة من الأعصاب. فعند تعرضها لأي إثارة تدمع ومن الممكن أن تحمر وربما تكون النتيجة صداعا. إليك بعض الأمثلة على مسببات الصداع الناشئة من تأثر العين:
التهاب الملتحمة (حافة الجفون وغشاء مقلة العين)
خراج أو دمل الجفن (عند منبت أو جذر الرموش)
قصر أو انحراف البصر - يلاحظ اختفاء الصداع بعد تصحيح الرؤية لدى البعض، فإذا كان ذلك يبدو عاملا ممكنا في صداعك فيجب إجراء الفحص الطبي.
